What accessories will fit my motherboard and processor?

Hello. I have a GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3L motherboard, i3 540 3.07 processor.
I am not going to change all this. I'm going to buy a new video card 750 ti 4gb. The first question is, will it fit the processor and motherboard? And now I just can not decide on the RAM. I want either 8 GB (4×2) or 12, but this is if the motherboard supports an odd number (4×3), but I don’t know if it supports it or not :( Please help, thank you in advance.

The RAM on this mother is only x2 (2 or 4 modules), if you put 3 memory sticks there will be more, but then there will be 1 channel. mode=performance worse. Stone i3 540 will freely rock your chosen graphics card

Video is fine. Memory 4 * 3 will work, only the dual-channel mode will turn off. i3 540 GTX750Ti may not swing.
