What access point to buy instead of a wifi adapter?

Good day! I work at sea, on a ship for 2 months. While we are standing in the port - I want the Internet. There are many access points on the shore, to which the laptop card does not reach. I solved the problem by purchasing a panel antenna and a USB whistle alfa awus036h. The weather is clear, but the Internet is not stable, the transfer speed floats from 1 to 10 Mbps. Although the person, who at that moment is on the shore, near the access point, reports that the access speed through the phone is constant, around 50 Mbps.
The question arose, can I buy some kind of ubiquiti point or some other and just use it to receive a signal?
If you do not consider the idea of \u200b\u200bchanging the antenna, then which point would you advise?
Thanks for answers!
The budget is 15 thousand rubles.

as an option to look at mikrotik. Your problem is that you hear access points, but they don't hear you.
Therefore, options with 1 antenna are eliminated. Go to https://routerboard.com/ see available options with dual chain AND desired amplification. Alternatively, you can buy something directional + put a second AP at the bottom for everyone else. I am not ready to advise a specific model, I cannot know all the conditions, especially at sea :)
But there is not much choice either QRT 2 or BaseBox 2.

You can preliminarily buy hap ac lite, for training in setting up such devices.
The second manufacturer is ubiquiti, but I haven't worked closely with him for a long time. But there are some very interesting solutions.
