How to open remote access from D-Link 615 router to port 80 of raspberry pi 2?

The point is this. They gave Raspberry PI 2, I decided to put a web server on it. Installed, of course, I'm trying to get through IP from the outside - the router is not configured.
The first thing I did was flash the router with the latest firmware.
The second - from under the admin panel opened external access screen 1
After this step, the web face of the router became available via the IP specified here - screen 2 . But if you turn to Yandex with the request "IP", then another IP address is displayed on the main page. It's also a mystery to me.
Third - I'm doing routing - screen 3 Here, no matter how I twisted it, there is no redirection from the router to the raspberry. It just spins the download, does not write anything. If telnet ip 80, then writes timeout.
If from other computer I address on internal ip, then the page loads quietly. If I cut it without a router directly to the network, everything works fine too. It turns out, trouble with the router or router settings.
In general, the question is simple - how to make a request from this router to port 80 to an external IP address lead to redirection to one of the machines connected to the router?

- disable or reconfigure the admin panel of the router itself to another port (when accessed from the WAN)
- do you try to access the external address from the local network in order to get to the raspberry? then you need hairpin nat, I'm afraid this dlink can't do it

If you have a white ip forward port 80 to raspberry. This is done in the port forwarding menu in 3 clicks.
