Changes in apache.conf do not work. Why?

In this file: /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf

Added change:

Alias /namepage /usr/share/phpmyadmin

<Directory /usr/share/phpmyadmin>
Allow from 00.000.00.000
Deny from all
</Directory>

After restarting the server, nothing has changed. Rebooted via ispmanager. What am I doing wrong?
