Suggested to upgrade to version 3.9.9.0. Downloaded. There are problems with the encoding of the installer. In addition, when the installation starts, the installer warns that newer versions of the components are already installed.
What it is? Did I get an infection?

I usually ignore updating to the latest until everything is debugged. And then the wallet notifies me that it is impossible to work with the old version - then I update it.
