What about the TP Link L-WR840N web muzzle?

I bought the L-WR840N router from TP-Link, connected it, the first installation went through (and even before it the Internet was already working), the Internet is working fine. But here I ran into the problem of the web muzzle itself.
What I saw when I go into it:
How to solve this problem and why is it? Also, at the first login, before authorization, a request appears to indicate the interface language, but the bugs immediately disappear and are visible (As in the screenshot below on the strip at the end).
Reset doesn't help. Maybe it's in the firmware? There is a firmware on the manufacturer's website, but as I understand it, it can only be installed with a direct connection of the router to my PC (the only problem is that my Ethernet port is broken, that's why I bought WiFi).
