What about the disk shelf HITACHI dw-f700-dbs?

Hello everybody! The problem is the following: there is a HITACHI dw-f700-dbs shelf, with 25 900Gb SAS disks on board (native). When the shelf is connected to the server (through the controller), it is possible to see the disks, but nothing more can be done with them. When you try to put the disk in the HP server, the server does not see the disks at all. When installing another SAS disk in the shelf, the reaction is the same (the disk is visible, but actions are impossible). There is still an incomprehensible moment, this shelf does not see SATA. Why?
