What about SSD (Smart)?

Almost 4 months ago I took an EX41S-SSD server in hethner
Today I received a notification about a problem with Smart. I looked at the parameters on the second SDB disk:

sudo smartctl -a /dev/sdb
smartctl 6.4 2014-10-07 r4002 [x86_64-linux-3.16.0-4-amd64] (local build)

After scanning selected spans, do NOT read-scan remainder of disk.
If Selective self-test is pending on power-up, resume after 0 minute delay.

What is the 202 parameter for these drives?
Is the disk dying or not? This is not the case with the first disc.

@koronabora

SMART ID 202: Percent Lifetime Remaining
But the problem is not in this parameter, but in 173.
Update the firmware by making a backup. And wait for death. Everything after the M550 at Crucial is not very successful.
