What about recording video and sound on macbook?

Hello. I am using a MacBook 2019 13 pro. And I encountered such a problem:
1) When recording a video, sometimes sound interference occurs (noises, wheezing interference), I checked both with a usb microphone and airpods, and a regular headset (wired) from an iPhone. This does not always happen, i.e. the video can be recorded normally, and then there is noise for about two minutes. Suppose there can be 3-4 such moments on an hour-long video
2) Sometimes this happens during a video call

. In the first case, I used the program. OBS studio in the second case checked in zoom. And I can’t understand what this is connected with at all, has anyone come across this? How to solve this problem?
