What about linux mint text anti-aliasing?

Text does not have anti-aliasing on Linux mint cinamon 19. Everywhere there is except for third-party applications.
It looks terrible, in all applications except the system ones. I've looked all over the internet and didn't solve the problem. What to do? I am newbie.

Anti-aliasing is present on both screenshots. Maybe we are talking about sub-pixel anti-aliasing or hinting?
