What about access rights?

Such a problem, I recently reinstalled Arch, but decided to fasten the same partition as home, without formatting.
Only now I can’t access the files that are on it (on the home partition), even from root it says there are no rights to execute, read, write.
What to do?

1. Show ls -la /home
2. Immediately try: chmod -R ugo+rx /home/
3. Show lsattr /home/
