In game development, Maya is mainly used - for hard surfaces (walls of a building, radio, etc.) ZBrush for creating character and monster models. Substance Painter for texturing models. 3DCoat is mainly used for retopology. There is no difference what to use. I mean that the basics in 3ds maya blender cinema are the same, once you learn how to work in one it won't be hard to switch to another.

- "size around 15" - I think you should immediately (or soon) think about an additional monitor.
A laptop ... most products in a similar price range are similar in characteristics. Choose what you like more with the design, where the keyboard is nicer and more convenient, and the matrix is ​​​​not quite right.
