I am 30.
I've been working on PC for 15 years.
For the last 8 years, I spend 10 or more hours behind the monitor.
In the fall, he underwent an examination, his vision, as it was one, remained the same.
I know of course idiots working under small monitors with a crooked resolution (or worse with a tube monitor) whose eyesight sags, but this is solely their fault.
The workspace (I'm talking about monitors) should be set up so that the eyes do not get tired, so that everything can be clearly seen.
Since 2006 I use exclusively 1920x1080 resolution, before that, of course, it was hard to peer at square monitors.
