Weird laptop fan noise?

Notebook HP Pavilion 14 ce0066ur. Not old only 2-3 months. There is no hard drive, there is an SSD. There is such an option in the BIOS settings Fan Always On, as far as I understand, this cooler is constantly on or turned on as needed and turned off altogether. I have the first one.
That is, the cooler really works all the time, but it does not make much noise if you do not listen, and the percentage does not heat up 36-38 degrees when the browser is open.
But if you bring it close to your ear, you can hear the cooler itself and the sound (I don’t even know what this sound is called)))). Imagine the sound of a stun gun and the same one is 10-20 times quieter and weaker)). Well, it’s about the same, I’m sure you definitely heard such a sound. It's called a rattle or something like that. Well, it’s very quiet, you can hear it close, well, I would still like to figure out what it could be. ??

@Blackeyed7

It's just a bearing rattling.
This is fine.

Disassemble the laptop and see exactly where the cooler is, maybe something came from foreign objects
