Webvisor not working on ajax order?

We can't check the checkout process (sale.order.ajax). There are suspicions that customers have problems with registration and leave.
But the Yandex Metrics webvisor does not correctly record the behavior of the ajax order. I wrote in support of the metric, they advised me to manually embed the sending of events

With us, judging by the goals of the metric, some of the customers are lost at checkout. In Bitrix, it is complex, besides, the delivery modules are also crookedly working. It would be nice to see it in the webviewer, but it does not show the design process. More precisely, it shows but on the image, as a rule, the beginning of the checkout, and then the mouse just moves and nothing changes on the screen. As a result, it is not clear what is happening.
