Webstorm vs VS Code 2019?

A couple of years ago I used Webstorm, it had no equal in terms of functionality, then I switched to Vs code, today it has developed very much and is very cool. But apparently webstorm also did not stand still.
So for 2019, how is webstorm really superior to vscode?
Or maybe some even cooler ide for the frontend appeared?

I would like to stop paying every year for WebStorm and use free open source software, but ...
A simple example: there is an export class MyClass {} in the MyClass.js file, we rename the class, WebStorm suggests renaming the file at the same time and fixes all imports. And there are plenty of such trifles that remove stupid manual work from a person. There is no such thing in VS Code.

It's like a conditional Renault and BMW, it seems to be both this and that car, but in the second one you sit down and everything is in its place, this is a completely different feeling.
Here is the difference somewhere like this, although you can also go to VS code.
But as an auxiliary editor, VS code is divine!

For a long time I suffered with all sorts of linter settings, formatting and plugins in vs code according to various official documentation, which quickly become outdated. Spent a few days on this. Now I work in WebStorm, and most of these settings are already out of the box, and in one day of work, I could earn a year of Webstorm subscription. So what is cheaper in the end?

in VScode there is no git annotations for the entire file like in webstorm, there is an Annotator plugin, but it opens annotations in a new file, and not like in webstorm to the left of the file, there is Blame in GitLength, but I can’t click on a commit and see what changes there in VScode it was
impossible to assign a hotkey to shift + shift, in webstorm I open the file search using it with 1 hand (in VScode I have to reach cmd + P with my right hand)
