How to set up SASS paths in WebStorm?

Good afternoon. I have a project, the folders in it are located like this:
projectname
SCSS
CSS
How to configure File Watcher so that the compiled file from the scss/style.scss folder ends up in the css/style.css folder?
Macro substitution leads to the fact that the finished file is either in a subfolder, or vice versa, outside the project folder
