Webstorm vs phpstorm vs intellij idea?

Which of these ide to choose for frontend development? What is better / worse than each of them?

They differ mainly in price.
Intellij Idea contains PhpStorm (via plugins) and PhpStorm contains WebStorm.
If you only need PHP, buying Intellij Idea is not the best option, as the price is higher, and connecting the required functionality with plugins is not so convenient.

I would advise PHP Storm, I don’t remember now, but there was a problem in webstorm with php highlighting, and the lack of auto-completion when doing view , php, tpl files highlighted the code in one color and did not highlight errors.

It seems like they are made for different things? Like hammer, screwdriver and axe. both can drive a nail or screw into a tree, but it is better to use the right tool
