Website not indexed after downtime?

There was a personal site, after not paying for hosting, the site was idle for about 6 months. A month ago I revived it again, extended hosting. But until now, Google webmaster indicates that 0 pages are indexed. What to do?

And the second question, I want to start a blog on the blog.mydomain.com subdomain of this site. Will it index normally?

Try adding your site to Google Webmasters , generate a sitemap and add it there as well. Track for a few days how Google robots index your site and what queries relate to the content of your site.
I had the same story as you and it helped to get the site back in the search engine results.
