Website inside PhoneGap app?

Hello, new to this topic, please tell me:
1) is it possible to launch an existing site inside an application, such as webview, using phonegap? Google on this topic suggests downloading android studio and doing something there.
2) How do you debug projects? I have phoneGap desktop on PC and phoneGap developer on phone. The phoneGap desktop logger is very inconvenient, where can I display messages from the console?
3) Is it possible to get a list of all media files from a device? Like all music files?
I myself am looking for information, just if something cannot be done, I will not waste time.
