Website display issues on iphone 7?

Hello!
Ruled by one site, put the slider owl.Carousel, in which 3 blocks are spinning.
What is the essence of the problem, everything is fine on my mobile phone, the iphone SE phone (safari, chrome, Yandex browser), and the customer is crooked, as if owl.carousel didn’t connect at all ... although it connected, the slides are scrolling.
Here's how it is:

He has an iphone 7, he looks with Safari and Chrome. I rebooted the phone, cleared data and cache in Safari, went from a private tab - nothing helps. Can you please tell me why this might be so? And why do I have all the rules on iPhones in all browsers (I watched from 3 different iPhones), but everything is crooked on him? I don't think he's a "star", what for it to him)))
