Website development with ASP.NET. Where to begin?

Hey! There is an impulse to start developing a pet-proj (Website) in ASP.NET, and on it, in the process, learn ASP.NET, EF, SQL, UnitTest, and so on. At the moment, I have only strong knowledge of sharp and web stack (HTML, CSS, JS / TS). And there were attempts to learn ASP.NET. But not super productive. But I don't give up!
Petprodzh - Website-summary of me, infa, portfolio, mb some kind of blog. I want to implement an admin panel so that it's all good to CRUD through the site, and not hardcode.
The question is: What can you read / watch in general in order to understand the SDLC development of such things in general, because now it’s not even clear to do front, base, back, if back, then what exactly to do there now. Any advice or information. Thanks:)
