Website crashed after hacking, what to do?

Good
There is an old business card site on joomla roofing felts 1st, or 2nd. A couple of days ago, it seems they broke and began to use it for sending spam. Now I’m thinking whether it’s worth raising the site (looking for a person who will restore the site’s work) or transferring it to fresh Joomla or something like that. As is usually done in such situations, I myself am not a web developer

I've been working with Joomla for a long time, so I'll tell you the real state of affairs:
1. Setting up a Joomla doesn't mean making a website at all!
2. All publications - you can save and export from any joomla.
3. There is also documentation for migrating from old versions of joomla to a new one and tools for this on the official website.
Now, see for yourself: how difficult is it for you personally to restore functionality on a hacked site? And two options:
1. If it's very difficult - you need to "clean up" the current site and migrate to the latest version of joomla.
2. If it's not difficult and the information from the hacked site is not particularly relevant - it's better to put the zhumla from a "clean" slate.
In any case, you need freelancing if you yourself do not understand this issue.

The pants are worn out and I think to sew up or buy new ones. Who else but you can answer this question? If this is a site that brings a lot of money - this is one case. If it's just an old project, it's different. It is necessary to look at what is implemented there, because joomla is a meager description. Moreover, even the version is not clear. You didn't provide a link. What I can advise - learn to compose questions so that they can be given a constructive answer. For now, I can only point my finger at the sky.
