I am making a webpack boilerplate for creating chrome extensions with the ability to live-reload the extension during development. Still damp, but the main thing has already been done - I would like to ask you to look from the outside and invite you to participate in the project.
As a result, I plan to write an article on Habrahabr.

Write a list of planned features todo, it's easier to attract contributors. IMHO
ps Now I don't have a task to write an add-on to chrome, otherwise I would have tested
