Webinar for the poor = webconference plus streaming: how to do it?

Web conference - when the participants are symmetrical. These are company employees, friends. In particular, everyone sees one picture on the screen and has the same rights.
A webinar is already a division of rights. Active participants: Host (moderator) and speakers, plus passive viewers. For example, viewers are not displayed as a picture on the screen.
I found only one solution (not local level) - zoom.us. but there from $50.
And you can do it like this: a web conference (up to 5 people, in theory, a lot of free solutions) and this is a matter of streaming to youtube or any platform that supports streaming and chat with viewers?
What is the best way to do this?

If you need a free option, you can try the TrueConf + OBS bundle .
In TK software, you can register 10 free accounts. Run the conf and from your screen, where you and your friends will be visible, capture OBS. Or, if you are only 5 people, use an additional PC / laptop that will participate in the conference and from it also capture and broadcast the conference somewhere else. Save your PC resources this way.
This is a free solution. If you write why you need such difficulties, maybe I can answer in more detail.
