What are the services that provide HLS video streaming with API?

At the moment, I liked ustream.tv , but it only gives videos in flv format via API. We need services (websites) that could give a live broadcast over HLS (for further playback on HTML 5) via the API. Tell me if there are such services - you need it, but I can not find it. If not, what are the alternatives (preferably budget :-) )
