Webcam not working on lenovo laptop, what should I do?

I bought a Lenovo ThinkBook laptop, but for some reason the webcam only works in the Camera program. In other programs does not want to work. Why?

hello, try disabling and turning off the webcam or go to the settings and see if it is connected or not to the laptop.
