By the way, I also, before buying (planning to purchase) the next network device, I always try to check it for compatibility with PHP.
I really miss JAVA2ME version of PHP interpreter

Run a full-fledged Linux in chroot and there is already Apache and all the delights. But you can not even stutter about performance.

Yes, it is possible to install and run a web server on android. I used different servers on Android and they all had some kind of lags, errors. For myself, I found the necessary web server, set it as written here wpilot.blogspot.ru/2017/01/web-server-na-android.html
