Web kit is buggy, or is it right?

Good afternoon friends. Just ran into another misfortune tsss. And since I'm not a layout designer, this became a problem for me. I found the solution, but it’s interesting all the same, is it supposed to be like this, or is this a non-standard behavior of the browser?
jsfiddle.net/ASY39/3/
Here I threw a small example of several divs
In opera, ii and ff, this example looks the same and one at a time, but differently in chrome and safari, it is obvious that the problem (advantage) is in the webkit, but the question is interesting how should it really be and why do we have two different options?

If you remove the margin-left from .content, the behavior becomes the same in all browsers. It should be the same as in FF and opera. As a majority, so to speak.
Zoom in WebKit browsers infuriates me more. Constantly some jambs with sliders, carousels, etc.
