Web interface for copying files (Linux)?

Good afternoon.
There was a need for a non-standard task, you can, of course, assemble something by hand on your knee, but I would not particularly like to deal with coding that perhaps already exists.
In general, the task and data are as follows:
There is a machine based on Linux (any distribution), a machine without a monitor\keyboard\mouse.
Occasionally, a USB disk with data is hooked into the wheelbarrow.
The goal is to copy this data to an internal drive in a folder that is shared via smb.
Actually, I would like some kind of web interface for these purposes, I see only two functions, this is user authorization by login and password and the choice of which folder to copy where ...
Perhaps there is something ready already? webmin, even though he is a monster, can he look?
Thanks for the help.

Of the ready-made for my taste , this one is the most flexible . In general, set yourself, for example, Filezilla, go to the server via sftp (you don’t even need to set anything, access is like ssh) and copy what you need.

1) What is wrong with SSH and running mc?
2) If you really really want to go through the web, then you can look towards web shells.
3) But a special software is googled for this: phpfm.sourceforge.net
4) Don't forget to close the scripts directory with htpasswd ;)
Good luck.

I may not understand something, but if your folder is already shared, then what's the problem with copying directly to this share from the clint? We got hooked to it from a specific user who is allowed write access and forward.
