Tell me a CSS framework for building sites stylized as the Win 8 start page.

Example: lifehacker.ru/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/27-17-06.jpg

I want convenient templates for dice and the ability to dynamically add them to the page.

From what I found:

eight.kx.cz/ - an unpleasant CC BY-ND 3.0 license and a fixed location and size of the dice.
metrodynamis.com - has everything for building sites in the style of Metro, but there are no dice themselves :(

I found yesterday their win7 interface guide - 800 pages! everything down to pixels is shown as best as possible for all controls and interface types. Therefore, it is not surprising.
