Web design courses from scratch, what do you recommend?

Good afternoon,
Please advise web design courses, even better in full-time format in a lamp atmosphere with good mentors.
I re-read a bunch of reviews and courses and got completely confused, as I understand it, that such resources as skillbox, netology and gikbreins are advertised unjustifiably? I don't want to give away money for nothing.
I understand that most of this is self-study, but I need some kind of structure to understand the basics and a good mentor to point out mistakes.

Courses are justified if, for example, you have a degree in graphic design, printing, etc. That is, it has some kind of knowledge base on design.
In other cases, go much cheaper, they don’t all give almost no result, because. there are no people with pedagogical education in these courses. There, half of the "teachers" are weak in their own subject, and are almost pure infogypsies.
If you do it yourself, then start with the basics - graphic design, then move on to interface design, catch up in advertising.

The structure can be viewed without paying courses. Courses can be found in the public domain

Practice, practice, practice. At the same time, watch free videos on youtube, preferably streams from some developers or from the "How to ..." series.
Start with some simple constructors in order to begin to understand the process. Then switch to more professional tools.
+ Scroll more Behance and Dribbble. But only the first time.

I don’t know what exactly you meant about lamp-likeness, for example, it’s much more comfortable for me to take courses online, for a cup of tea in a plaid - this is lamp-like for me))
If I recommend reading WDI courses from scratch, my friend had her first design course , went well) I didn’t pass it myself, but I heard a lot of positive reviews
