Web database of customers with discounts?

Good day.
The essence of the problem is this: Several small companies want to combine a customer database and a discount system, and preferably a web implementation.
What is required from the system:
1. Placement on your own server or a ready-made solution.
2. Access by several users at the same time.
3. Creation of a customer card with required fields.
4. Setting up a cumulative system of discounts, increasing the discount from the amount.
5. Making changes, or rather adding the purchase amount directly to the customer's card (without creating a product and posting it)
Perhaps someone knows ready-made solutions, engines or modules? Or is it easier to order the writing of this system?

А как они ее ИСПОЛЬЗОВАТЬ собираются????
Имхо, это будет некий сервер, позволяющий аутентифицировать сервера и хранящий их данные.
И предоставляющий API для доступа информации этим фирмам.
Реализовывать придется и сервер и на стороне этих фирм как-то интегрировать в их ПО.
Это кастомное решение.
Можете не искать готового, времени не тратить.

We have our own WEB system.
according to requirements:
1[+]. It is possible to install on your server or SaaS.
2[+]. The system allows many users to work simultaneously.
3[+]. Customer card available.
4[-]. There is no loyalty system yet.
5[?]. I would suggest doing it through the API: It will automatically go from IM to the system.
