Web application currency exchanger. What is the legal side?

Hello toaster. I plan to present a web application for currency exchange as a graduation project. I am interested in the legal side of the issue.
Do I need to draw up any documents in order for such a site to live in peace, the same TIN, for example? I do not want commercial benefits, after protection it will be added to the portfolio.

Your site will live in peace until you change real money, why, you already answered ... however, you won’t have time to get to real work and responsibility, everything will hang already at the stage of connecting banks to the process

And as a graduation project with fictitious currencies, why not.

Well, without proper registration, it simply won’t work for you.
