Web and iptables | Deny connection with VPN and Proxy?

Good day! Tell me, is there a webmord for iptables? I am often on the road and can not always ban everyone mercilessly from the phone via ssh. I really need iptables on the web as a server control panel - VestaCP. It has a firewall, but it's just awful. He's uncomfortable! I’m eternally banned with a list of IP addresses or a range, and then 1 record each and open the panel again while they tear the server apart with attacks ...

If there is none, then how can I block any connection with VPN or Proxy. I saw on one service a stub for those who logged in with a proxy. I want to do the same, but I don't know how.

I know that right now they can throw stones at me, but I will offer - Webmin. This is generally a webmord to a server. Reviews about it are contradictory, and this topic is holistic. You decide.
