In total, 1500 were spent, the average cost per click: 35
1500 / 35 = 42 clicks if rounded according to the rounding rules.
42 clicks brought 3 requests for 500 rubles, which means that 1 request can be received from 14 clicks (42 / 3).
The application should cost 249 rubles and we need 14 clicks if we accept that the conversion from changing the price will not change, then 249/14 = 17.78 recommended CPC.
