How to learn from a mistake?

Hello.
I have 3 ratios. With the help of them, one parameter is calculated. The parameter should tend to 300. As a result, I can calculate the error, how many incorrect coefficients are: error = 300 - parameter
I need to find the coefficients using machine learning. Now I made it so that the data is generated in the following format:

К1	К2	К3	ОШИБКА
1	2	3	300

Where k1, k2 and k3 are coefficients.
And so 2000 lines. Next, I call a function in which I generate new coefficients based on this table. And then, based on these coefficients, I again get 2k data, call the function, etc. Thus, training will take place, after N iterations, in fact, the coefficients will be better.
In this function, and the whole question - how best to do it? I don’t know what to use even from machine learning, can you tell me? I will be grateful
