Curious who has ways to organize the installation of keys on the server, maybe I use ansible, but it's inconvenient to constantly use a password.

you need ssh-agent

Simple and harsh, via git pull from the remote server :) Or rsync.
Add a task to cron every 5-10 minutes to pull the change from the configuration server.
