Ways to get money back from scammers on Binance and other sites? (need advice)?

Hello! (I'm sorry that maybe I'm writing here off topic)
I had a problem, so I want to ask knowledgeable people (or who have come across) - how can I return the money stolen through gift cards from Binance?
(perhaps there are some specialists / progers / companies involved in returning money in such cases for a percentage ... There is no hope for cops, they don’t do shit even with ordinary theft ...)
I would be grateful for any information on this topic
