Watermarks on illustrations in Habr's posts

Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, how to be.

Wrote (not yet published) an article for Habr, which may be of interest to many readers.

Confuses the possibility of third-party use of the created material (text and illustrations).
On the one hand, they were made specifically for this article (that is, specifically for Habr).
On the other hand, I really do not want someone to use them for their own selfish purposes. For example, he simply republished an article on his website, slightly changing it to advertise his products.

Nothing “protective” can be done with the text, but you can put watermarks on the images and thus protect yourself a little from a simple copy-paste.

Is it possible to place watermarks on images: Habra and mine (trademark)?
(I don't want my watermark to be considered an advertisement.)

Thanks in advance for your replies.

PS Trademark = just a word.

Make a simple label like © "username"
This is always okay.
Watermarks are not needed. If they want to steal, they will.

Watermarks have always annoyed me. It does not help much against theft (they stick their own opaque sign on top of the sign).
If you have photos, then just cut off the unnecessary parts and publish. In which case, you will have proof that these are your photographs (the unpublished cut off part will not be able to present).
