Watermark on the picture?

Element property: file, multiple, image. When adding a new image to a property, how do I add a watermark to it?
The option with resizing and adding a sign before the output in result_modifier.php is not suitable.

Attach a handler to the OnIblockelementAdd and/or OnIblockElementUpdate events, in which to add a watermark to the loaded image, for example, using the ResizeImageFile() method.
