Warnings when running linux mint from a bootable flash drive?

I burned the image of the latest Linux Mint onto a USB flash drive using the rufus program. In general, the flash drive is ready, I reboot and go through it, run Linux and see this text (see the picture), but Linux loads and everything is fine.
That is, everything works fine, but these warnings confuse me. I'm on Windows now, I want to switch to Linux eventually.
Tell me, what are the warnings, well, will there be problems later because of this?5c76c2cb151ad410176036.jpeg

Everything is fine. When loading Linux, you can see
this even if not. In fact, they wrote to you that it was not possible to activate the TPM module
