Warning: Cannot find a valid bootloader locations(MBR disk). How to decide?

Decided to reinstall old Windows 8.1 on Solus Linux. Partitioned the disk, and started the installation. And in the System Settings tab, the Cannot find a valid bootloader locations (MBR disk) error appears. Although in the markup I specifically created a fat32 partition for the bootloader, and gave it the flags: boot, esp. Also, near this section, an error appears: Unable to read the contents of this file system! Because of this some operations may be unavailable. The cause might be a missing software package. The following list of software packages is required for fat32 file system support: dosftools, mtools.
