Want to learn how to develop mobile applications in Objective-C and Swift?

I really want to learn how to develop mobile applications for iPhone, iPad, etc. in Objective-C and Swift, but I don't have a Mac to install Xcode. My current computer does not support virtualization or hackintosh. Worth Windows. There is no money to buy such pleasure either, because he is a student. I can't save up for a new computer.
Tell me, please, is it somehow possible to get into the "circle" / club of Apple developers through announcements so that you can come and study? Or is it generally possible in some way (also through ads, for example) to rent a Mac for a while?
Or maybe this issue is solved somehow differently if I want to learn these things? Thanks in advance..

Your only option is to buy a mac mini best of 2011 or 2012. Let him be used. I am still writing on such a program, although I put ssd into it and increased the RAM, but this can be done over time. All these circles are an illusion, firstly they simply do not exist, and secondly they will not really give anything.
