Wanna decryptor encryption method?

I can't find any information on the wanna decryptor encryption method, like RSA with either 256 or 2048 encryption key. But how is the unique key calculated and how is decryption done in case of payment?

Apparently, there is no decryption going on. If it were reversibly encrypted, then antivirus decryptor would have been released by vendors long ago.
