Walkie talkie over IP

It would be desirable to throw a radio communication (walkie-talkie) through ip channels. Nobody faced such equipment?
Operator in one place with one fixed radio, and subscribers at a distance of 200-300 km.

It is clear that sip can be forwarded through fxs ports.
But, you need a walkie-talkie.

Isn't it easier to use Android smartphones with Ventrilo or TeamSpeak installed? With unlimited data, of course.
