Vue prerender-spa-plugin how to cancel script rendering?

Maybe someone has a solution, I use webpack, I connect scripts from the static / js folder, after assembly, the classes and DOM elements of these scripts get into html. As if during assembly they worked out and all the dynamics were preserved in static html.
How to configure prerender-spa-plugin to only render html vue markup?
