Vue connected by link not working in ie11, what should I do?

On the site, vue is connected by a link, the code does not work in ie11, I found that babel-polyfill is needed to work in ie11, but I didn’t find whether it can also be connected with a link, installation via npm or something similar is described everywhere. Can you tell me if there is something I can do to make the code work in ie11?
