How to make a logo from a selected area from an image?

Hello, I drew the logo of my dreams on a sheet of paper and now I want to select it in photoshop. I took a picture and uploaded it in photoshop. I'm thinking of taking and selecting the logo shape and importing it as a png. But I don’t want to select an image, but create a new shape, and use the photo taken on the camera as a layout. The question is how to do it? How to level/refine edges? Since I was painting under the influence of drugs :)

As Maxim suggested in the comments, illustrator has a ready-made “tracing” tool to convert images into curves.
You can just import the photo into ps/ai and then circle everything Пером(Pen tool).
