VS code. What are the assemblers, compilers for JS, CSS files?

In general, I can not find any plugins. Google gives everything except what you need. It would be desirable to have a universal compiler, with file minimization.

You can work on remote code directly in VS Code as if you were working on a local folder. More details in the instructions . I work in this way inside the local network on two laptops, it works so well that sometimes you can forget that you are working through the network on another machine. But builders and dependencies must be written into the project, which is a common practice.
